What is in the range

There are complete motor kits for Panhead and Shovelhead, including a Shovelhead big bore top end kit for 3 5/8 inch cylinders, a Shovelhead kit with zinc screws, and a Sportster motor and rocker cover kit. Transmission gaskets cover 5-speed Twin Cam Dyna, 6-speed Twin Cam and Milwaukee-Eight, and Sportster 5th gear. Cam gear cover foam gaskets, primary oil deflector plate gaskets and clutch release cover gaskets fill out the engine list. Many are sold in multi-packs.

Using James gaskets

Pick by engine family first, then by the exact part, such as cover, base or exhaust. Foam, paper and rubber gaskets each have an intended use, and the listing will name the cover or housing it seals. Clean the sealing surfaces, check for warps and use the right torque pattern to avoid leaks. Replace seals and O-rings at the same time.
