About Softail Parts
Softail is a big family: Low Rider, Fat Bob, Street Bob, Breakout, Heritage, Fat Boy and more, with the Milwaukee-Eight frame from 2018 and the earlier Twin Cam and Evolution Softails before it. This page is the hub for all of them, and it is the quickest way to get from "I ride a Softail" to the right model and the right year.
Start with your model
- Low Rider ST and Low Rider
- Fat Bob, Street Bob and Breakout
- Fat Boy and Heritage Classic
Performance upgrades that carry across the Softail line
The 2018 and newer Softail frame changed the fitment of a lot of parts, so a lot of exhaust, shock and brake listings are grouped by model year. Within a generation, the same upgrades tend to work across several models.
- Exhaust and tuning devices for airflow and sound
- Rear shocks and fork upgrades to firm up the ride
- Brakes and wheels
- Handlebars, risers and foot controls
- Engine upgrades, including big-bore kits for the Milwaukee-Eight
Fitment tips
Match the part to your exact model and year. A part that fits a 2018 Fat Bob may not fit an older Twin Cam Softail, and a fender or seat that works on a Street Bob may not suit a Fat Boy. Use the year bar to filter, then read the fitment line on each product. Dyna, Sportster and touring models are separate bikes and are not part of this page. If you ride a touring model, the touring parts collection is your starting point.
Softail exhaust, tuning and engine upgrades are sold for off-road and closed-course use only, and your local noise and emissions rules still apply to the bike.
