The Sawicki 2-into-1 Full Length Exhaust in Big Inch Black is a complete exhaust system built for riders who want a deadly look and a great sound. It uses a classic stepped header design with a 1-3/4" primary tube that steps up to 2" to help maximize exhaust transfer, paired with a hand formed merge collector for precise flow performance.
The system is built from mandrel bent, aircraft quality stainless steel tubing, and every TIG weld is performed by hand at Sawicki's facility in Charlotte, NC. The powder coated billet end cap features a laser etched Sawicki logo and lets you tune the sound to your liking by adding or removing packing. The swept-up muffler design is intended to enhance ground clearance.
Sawicki recommends flat mesh race style exhaust gaskets for this system. The collector accepts 18mm O2 sensors for aftermarket tuners, or 12mm sensors with reducers. The exhaust is made in the USA and carries a Limited Lifetime Warranty.
