Lighting is both a style choice and a visibility upgrade, and this page lists the parts that cover a Harley or Indian from nose to tail. It includes headlights, passing lamps, taillights, marker lights, turn signal inserts and bulbs.

Brands and parts

Letric Lighting Co is a major supplier, with 7 inch headlights that include a mount adapter, flat lens LED inserts in amber and slantback taillights. Pathfinder lists 5 3/4 inch round LED headlights in black and chrome with halo options, modern LED passing lamps, and an H13 LED bulb. Cyron makes LED headlights for Road Glide models from 2015 to 2022. Harddrive lists bullet marker lights, fender tip lights in smoked lenses and Sparto taillights. Chris Products supplies turn signal lenses for Sportster XL, and Xk Glow and Jw Speaker add accent and audio-lighting accessories.

Fitment and wiring

Headlight size is the first check: touring bikes commonly use a 7 inch, many Softail and Sportster models use a 5 3/4 inch, and fairing bikes use model-specific units. LED conversions on bikes designed for incandescent loads can trigger turn signal flash or error warnings, so look for plug-and-play listings or load equalizers from the electrical page.
