We want you to be confident in every part you buy. We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your order. To start a return, email sales@vtwinbikers.com with your order number — we'll issue an RMA and shipping instructions before you send anything back.

To be eligible for a return

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it — uninstalled, unused, in original packaging with all hardware, tags, and instructions.
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • The return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.
  • You must email us first — items shipped back without an RMA cannot be processed.

Return shipping

For defective or incorrectly shipped items, we cover return shipping. For change-of-mind or wrong-fit returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping. We recommend a tracked, insured service.

Non-returnable items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Installed parts. Any part that has been mounted, tuned, run, or shows installation marks cannot be returned. This includes exhausts, intakes, cams, ignition modules, ECMs, tuners, and similar.
  • Hazmat / fluids. Engine oil, brake fluid, fork oil, coolant, fuel additives, batteries, and similar items are non-returnable per carrier regulations.
  • Electrical components that have been installed or powered on (stators, regulators, controllers, ECMs).
  • Special-order parts. Items custom-ordered through a manufacturer for your bike are final sale.
  • Gift cards and sale items marked "final sale" at checkout.

Damages and defects

Inspect your order on arrival. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or wrong — include photos of the part and the shipping box. We'll evaluate and make it right with a replacement, repair, or full refund.

Refund timing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval within 3 business days. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange a part is to return the original for a refund and place a new order for the part you want. This avoids holding your money up while the return is processed.

European Union — 14-day cooling-off

Customers in the EU have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days for any reason. Standard eligibility (uninstalled, in original packaging, with proof of purchase) still applies.
