Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays) after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing the next business day.

During high-volume periods (new product launches, King of the Baggers race events, Black Friday / Cyber Monday) processing times may extend to 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on package size, weight, and destination.

  • Standard Ground (3–7 business days) — rate calculated at checkout
  • Expedited (2–3 business days) — rate calculated at checkout
  • Express / Overnight (1 business day) — rate calculated at checkout

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders over $600 within the continental United States. Excludes oversized items, freight shipments, and select brands with manufacturer shipping restrictions.

Alaska, Hawaii & US Territories

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other US territories may incur additional shipping charges and longer delivery times (5–10 business days). Free shipping promotions do not apply to these destinations.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to select countries. International orders are subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees (paid by the customer), extended delivery times (10–21 business days), and restricted items based on country regulations. Vtwinbikers is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or refused shipments.

Oversized & Freight Shipments

Large items such as exhaust systems, fairings, wheels, fuel tanks, and complete kits may require LTL freight shipping and typically arrive within 5–10 business days. A signature is required on delivery.

Order Tracking

You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Most orders ship within 24 hours of payment when in stock.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your shipment is damaged in transit or appears lost, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. Email sales@vtwinbikers.com with your order number and we'll open a carrier claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
