About Goodridge

Goodridge is a name that riders look for when they want to replace aging rubber brake hoses. This page lists the Goodridge range in the catalog, from universal lines cut to length to model-specific brake and clutch lines.

Brake lines

Universal brake lines are sold in clear and ebony in many lengths, such as 12.25, 15, 17, 20, 40 and 73 inches, so you can build to the exact route on a custom bike. Model-specific kits cover Softail, such as the Econoline rear brake line kit for FLST and FXST, and others match fork and caliper layout.

Clutch lines and fittings

Hydraulic clutch lines include a black PVC-coated plus 4 inch line for Road Glide 2015 to 2016, a plus 10 inch extension for Milwaukee-Eight, and a 65 inch line for Big Twin. Fittings include chrome banjos and 90 degree adapters in 3/8 inch JIC to 3 tube sizes.

Why braided lines

Braided lines resist swelling under pressure, which gives a firmer, more consistent lever feel than old rubber hose. Always bleed the system carefully after installation and check for leaks. Pick the length for your bar height, and add extra for taller bars. For compatible pads and rotors, see EBC, or browse brakes for a buying guide.
