The Sawicki Shorty Cannon Black 2-into-1 exhaust is a stepped header system built around a hand-formed merge collector and a swept-up muffler. It is finished in black ceramic coated stainless steel for a dark, purposeful look that matches the rest of a custom build.
The system steps from a 1¾" primary up to a 2" header before merging into a 2-into-1 collector, a layout chosen to help improve flow. Every pipe is mandrel bent from 304 stainless steel, and the merge collector is hand formed so the shape stays consistent. The TIG welds are done by hand at Sawicki's manufacturing facility in Charlotte, NC.
The muffler is swept up for better ground clearance, and the fully welded stainless end cap carries Sawicki badging. The exhaust accepts 18mm O2 sensors for aftermarket tuners, or 12mm sensors when used with reducers. Flat mesh race style exhaust gaskets are recommended for installation. The product carries a limited lifetime warranty and is made in the USA.
