The Sawicki Shorty Black 2-into-1 Exhaust is a complete stainless steel exhaust system built for riders who want a sharper look and a deeper sound from their bike. It uses a 1¾" primary stepped up to a 2" header, feeding a 2-into-1 merge collector that is designed to improve flow through the system.
Every pipe is mandrel bent from 304 stainless steel, and the merge collector is hand formed to help keep the flow precise. The black ceramic coated finish gives the system a dark, aggressive appearance, and the swept-up muffler is shaped to provide extra ground clearance when you are leaning into corners.
Sawicki hand TIG welds every joint at its manufacturing facility in Charlotte, NC, and the system carries a Limited Lifetime Warranty. The powdercoated billet end cap has a laser etched Sawicki logo and lets you service the baffle by adding or removing packing. Sawicki recommends a flat mesh race style exhaust gasket for installation. The system accepts 18mm O2 sensors for aftermarket tuners, and 12mm sensors can be used with the included reducers.
