About Low Rider ST Brakes
Calipers lead this collection, which is unusual. About half of the products are from Hawg Halters, in 4-piston left-hand and rear calipers, 6-piston front calipers and adaptor brackets, in black or chrome. The rest is Lyndall Brakes with Z-Plus and Extreme pads and crown cut rotors, Harddrive with sintered pads, and a few EBC and Cycle Pro items.
Pads for a heavy Softail
The Low Rider ST is a Softail with a frame-mounted fairing, so pad choice is mostly about compound and price. Harddrive sintered pads for the Milwaukee-Eight Softail start near $32, Lyndall Z-Plus pads for 2018-2024 Softail sit near $62, and Lyndall Extreme pads are about $95. EBC lists a semi-sintered V-Pad option as well.
Tags cover 2022 to 2026, but some entries are broader, written for Touring and Softail or for Harley and Indian V-twins. This page does not include master cylinders.
Even with half the page from one brand, the price spread is wide. Hawg Halters items run from about $139 to $999, Lyndall from $62 to $655, Harddrive from $7 to $433, and EBC pads sit at about $44 to $50. That means a pad-only refresh and a full caliper swap both have a place here.
