S&S Cycle has built engine components for Harley-Davidson for decades, and the catalog here covers the brand's core lines. The range is large, though only some items are in stock at any moment, so check current availability on the page.

Engine internals

Big bore cylinder and piston kits include 131 inch and 4.320 inch bore kits for Milwaukee-Eight. Piston sets, cam gears and camshafts are the biggest groups, with Easy Start and 640 or 551 series cams for Dyna and Big Twin. Other internals include chrome moly head studs, MK-Series crankcases for Milwaukee-Eight Touring, cam chest kits for Twin Cam and Milwaukee-Eight, valves, and multi-layer steel head gaskets.

Air, ignition and drive

Air intake components cover air cleaner kits such as Stealth for CVO 2008 to 2016 and kits for Softail. Ignition modules, throttle cables and Gates Poly/Carbon drive belts fill out the range. A Milwaukee-Eight engine stand and badges are also listed, and some parts are tagged for Indian Chief.

Planning a build

Choose parts as a combination: displacement, cams, intake and exhaust, and tune must match. Always check engine family and model year, and expect to use a shop with a dyno for the tune.
