Softail Brakes
Brake pads, rotors, calipers and lines for Softail models.
About Softail Brakes
Softail brakes is the largest brake list among the model pages, because the Softail line covers four decades. Harddrive leads in volume, Lyndall and EBC follow with rotors and pads, and Hawg Halters offers calipers and brackets. Goodridge lines, Cycle Pro rebuild kits and Kens Factory brackets round it out. Tags run from 1984 to 2026, and prices go from $4.95 to just under $1,000.
Many bikes in one list
Pads outnumber most parts here, with sintered, semi-sintered and organic options. Rotors come in drilled, floating and crown cut styles. The list also contains master cylinder items and many titles that name Dyna, Sportster and Indian V-twins, a sign of how often one brake part fits several bikes.
That breadth makes year matching essential. An early Softail uses a different caliper and rotor layout than a Milwaukee-Eight bike, so read the year range and the front or rear position in each title. A Kens Factory brake arm is also filed here.
Brand coverage is broad: Harddrive offers 80 products from $5 to $443, Lyndall 39 from $62 to $710, EBC 37 from $40 to $413 and Hawg Halters 25 from $139 to $999. Use those ranges to decide whether you are replacing wear items or upgrading the braking system.
For narrower lists, try Softail parts, Fat Bob brakes, Low Rider ST brakes or all brakes.
