Wiseco

Wiseco is a long-standing engine parts brand with a catalog built around pistons and the tools to fit them. This page lists the Wiseco range for Harley-Davidson and Indian, with kits for stock rebuilds and higher compression builds.

Piston kits

Tracker piston kits are listed in 10:1 and 10.5:1 compression for Touring, Softail and Dyna, and EVO 883/1200 piston kits are available at 9.5:1 for Evolution Sportsters. V-Twin forged aluminum kits offer strength for performance builds. Each listing names the bore, compression ratio and engine family so you can match your cylinders.

Tools and accessories

Nylon Flexhone brushes in sizes like 57 to 70 mm are used for finishing cylinder bores, along with other shop tools. A few black-coated and special items also appear in the collection.

Planning

Matching compression to your cams, heads and fuel is what makes an engine run well. Measure your cylinders and check bore size and oversize before ordering. A fresh set of rings, bearings and gaskets is part of any rebuild, and a tune is needed afterward. Wiseco parts are sold for off-road and closed-course use only. Check the stock level before you plan a rebuild, since some bore sizes sell through quickly and may need a reorder window. When parts arrive, measure the pistons and compare them with the cylinders, and keep the box labels so the right piston goes with the right cylinder.
