About Cometic

Cometic Gasket manufactures multi-layer steel head gaskets and complete gasket kits in Concord, Ohio. On a built V-twin running higher compression or a big-bore kit, the MLS head gasket is what keeps the top end sealed — which is why Cometic is the default spec on so many engine builds.

The Cometic rocker box cover gasket for Evolution Big Twin engines is a direct OEM replacement, designed to provide a consistent and reliable seal. Sold in a convenient 5-pack, these gaskets are essential for preventing leaks under the heat and pressure of V-twin operation.

USPS damaged the gaskets

Came in USPS bent , I didn't use them and threw them in the trash after JP Cycle refunded me. I used my old ones and added gasket sealant to them.

packaging

The gaskets worked great, no more leaks, however the packaging could be better. The gaskets are metal and shipping them in an envelope makes for bent gaskets and crossed fingers hoping they won't leak.
