Great gasket kit over delivered in the quality of the gasket set great job
Cometic Gasket manufactures multi-layer steel head gaskets and complete gasket kits in Concord, Ohio. On a built V-twin running higher compression or a big-bore kit, the MLS head gasket is what keeps the top end sealed — which is why Cometic is the default spec on so many engine builds.
Keep your Evo Sportster's primary sealed tight with this single Cometic Primary Gasket. Engineered as a direct OEM replacement, it utilizes modern sealing technology to prevent leaks from the primary cover. Essential for any primary service or repair.
The primary cover on your Evo Sportster is critical for containing chain lube and protecting internal components. A worn or damaged primary gasket can lead to messy leaks and potential issues. This Cometic Evo Sportster Primary Gasket is a single-unit replacement, precision-engineered to match OEM specifications. It provides a reliable, leak-free seal, giving you peace of mind on the road.
Anytime you remove your primary cover for clutch service, chain inspection, or other maintenance, installing a new primary gasket is crucial. This Cometic gasket ensures a proper seal upon reassembly, preventing leaks and maintaining the integrity of your primary drive. Always confirm the correct part number and fitment for your specific Evo Sportster model before installation.

DON’T FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE BOX!!! It says recommended torque is 42 lb/ft. You know what happened at 32lb/ft? One of bolts broke! And I was lucky there was long enough piece sticking out to remove it without drilling out! Check photos.
Fits well!
