EXCELLENT rebuild kit!<br />Waaaay better than throwing a caliper in the trash can and being forced to buy a new caliper from the MoCo...... as H-D and Brembo have an agreement that NO rebuild kits will be offered...... in difference to the MoCo produced (earlier) calipers.<br />EASY install + with this kit we now have STEEL pistons as compared to Brembo’s PLASTIC pistons!!<br />GREAT kit + very FAIR price!!
I have a 2016 Road Glide. I rebuilt all my calipers and broke them apart. Went to the dealer to get the brakes bled because it has ABS they said all the calipers are leaking because they were broken apart. **IF YOU HAVE HARLEY BREMBO BRAKES DO NOT TAKE APART, JUST BE ADVISED** I had to buy all new calipers all around. It is because of the seal at the port that pushes flud to the other side of the caliper, they are not meant to be taken apart.
Don’t let the dealer tell you that Brembo calipers are not serviceable. They would love to sell you a new $300 caliper. This well made kit will return your brakes to like new for a fraction of the cost.
