Is this left or right side?

This is a right-side mount. Harddrive also offers left-side versions — check your bike's fuel line routing before ordering.

Will this fit custom fuel tanks?

It fits most custom tanks with 22mm or 3/8" outlets. If your tank uses a different size, this will not work without an adapter.
