Yes — sealed wheel bearings are pre-installed and ready to bolt on, except 1984–1999 fitments which come with ¾" Timken bearings with outer seal (requires greasing).

Is this wheel tubeless?

Yes, the spoked wheel is sealed for tubeless application. However, service intervals may disturb the sealant, which is not covered under warranty.
