Great City riding gloves

I've had these gloves for a few months now and they still look new. Very comfortable, easy to put on and take off, and best of all they look darn good.<br /><br />The Touchscreen capability is okay but not the best (i guess something is better than nothing).<br /><br />The airflow is mediocre . I can wear between 50F - 90F degrees without issues but 100F+ degrees and it gets a bit hot even on the move. I would call these three season gloves for sure. They are not waterproof, therefor your hands will get wet if it rains.<br /><br />I knew that these were goat skin leather prior in purchase, therefor these are meant for city riding. If you are going to the track, lots of Highway use, or going on a spirited ride, i'd recommend other gloves.<br /><br />I'd recommend these gloves for City riding.

great purchase!

one of the best gear purchases i’ve ever made. super comfortable for summer riding because of the kevlar on the top of the hand. i’ve had these for almost 3 years and i’ve done more than 18,000 miles with them. they did start to fade last year, but i hit them with some leather dye and they were as good as new! no popped stitches or anything and the gel is still pretty effective. these are my every day gloves (except for winter, i bought highway 21 insulated gloves for winter cause i loved these so much) would definitely recommend!

Advertised vibration dampening leaves a lot to be desired

Bought these for the advertised vibration dampening. Sustained rides down a newly repaved, smooth highway resulted in tingling sensation in hands. I've used gloves which don't advertise vibration-dampening that dealt with vibration better than these. Their saving grace is their stylish appearance for the price.

Stitch failure

Gonna have to go with 2 stars here. They fit well, look good, and the touchscreen pads work "well enough". Well, actually, the right glove worked better than the left glove. Kind of annoying having to use my throttle hand to operate the phone, since the left glove touch pads were hit or miss. However, that's not why I returned them. I returned them because they came apart at the seem, where the palm leather meets the textile fabric. If they tore during normal use, I'd imagine they would likely fail in a crash. I should've stuck to my guns, and the brand I usually buy, Alpinestars. I exchanged the gloves for the Alpinestars Celar V2.
