Way cool add on
This plate changed the whole look of my 2016 Harley Soft tail Breakout. It was easy to install and the chrome finish is stellar. Have already gotten multiple compliments on the way it looks. The LED is super bright so no hassles from the Po Po. The hardest part is getting the old factory plate holder off. A must buy for Breakout owners.
totally disappointed
I purchased the Kuryakyn Curved Side-Mount License Plate in November had in my garage in the package till January. installed it worked great for 26 days and the led light went out totally disappointed the wires where heat shrieked and installed perfectly as the installation can't believe light only last this short of a time i wouldn't recommend this at all
Slick look, not bulky
I purchased the Curved Side-Mount License Plate Holder (vertical/chrome) for my 2014 Dyna about a year ago and still love this product. It mounted close to my swingarm and doesn't have the bulkiness of the stock plate holder. The LEDs are definitely bright enough for others to positively read your license plate.
My NY plate fit with a little help. Had to drill the holes out a little more on the plate to line up with the holes on the bracket.
This is a high quality product, easy to wire and looks great on the bike. Be sure to buy the mount, this is only the lisc plate holder.

I’m not happy to discover that JP does NOT have the NEEDED chrome part to attach the chrome license plate mount for my 2011 Harley Street Bob. I have a holder in a box waiting for the attachment part to be restocked so i can place it on order.<br /><br />Please notify me on how I can expedite getting the chrome attachment part.<br /><br />Unhappy,<br />Rey Tagorda
Perfect fit
Built well great finish and easy installation.
After fitting an extended rear fender to my 2011 Deluxe I wanted to keep it completely smooth and that meant deleting the tombstone taillight, turn signals and plate mount.<br /><br />This part is well built, easy to install and wire up and looks great colour matched to the gloss black frame
This Vertical Side mount gives a nice custom look to the bike. The LEFD's are bright and plenty of wiring to connect to the bike. Installation is easy, as long as you know what you're doing, and read the instructions prior to installation. few basic tools required I believe 9/16 wrench etc. Info provided on Spec sheet and which is recommended to read prior to installation. I like they provide Dielectric grease for the connections. they provide small zip ties which are GREAT. You will need to buy the mounting bracket if you do not already have. For safety measure, I went ahead and used Loc Tite on the threads. In the future, may go ahead and spray paint the side mount black....
Does not work at all for plate to fit has to be trimmed , and I would have to cut numbers in British Columbia, Canada

Frame fits perfectly and is exactly the right size. Metal is heavy duty. Chrome is flawless and shiny. LED light is bright enough to show during daylight. Looks really sharp!

I rarely write reviews, however I was beyond impressed with this kit. Yes it's on the spendy side, but its worth every penny. Heavy construction and flawless looking mount. Kuyakyn is top notch stuff.
I love the side plate I put these on all my bikes always look good and easy to install as long as you don’t forget the mount I have 6 bikes and they all have them.
Looks great! Easy to put on and run the wires. Don't forget to buy the mount with it or you will be looking at it waiting for your next shipment.

Great quality.. easy to mount too,,,but if you have a 2016 hd breakout fxsb you will have quite a job getting the old side mounted plate apperatus off.... and once you do there is no spacer for the tail light... so it will be shorter than the other one... you really need to order the longer spacer from hd BEFORE you begin the project due to a lot of work!!

Fit great with my S&S Stealth Intake Kit. Took less than 5 minutes to install and looks great! Really opened up the view of the cylinders versus the stock cover.

Good solid product. Needs a swivel so I can register the bike though. And needs to be produced in mat black. Having someone fashion one now.

I bought this plate to clean up the back end of my Dyna. I had a solid custom paint job put on the bike and I wanted something that would be functional & look clean. It was the perfect buy and Im putting it on my other project bike as well.

This plate mount looks awesome on my Sportster. Bad Boys Cycles here in Billings installed it for me using the L shock mount hole. The lighted part is light blue and even lights up the pavement beneath it at night. It looks great!!
