Everything in the kit is great although I did have to order another quart of primary oil as my primary goes for 38 ounces

Did not have Primary cover gasket that was needed. Did not have enough Primary oil, motorcycle required 38 oz., only got 32 oz.. Had to go purchase more.

I ring for primary case too big,no gasket for primary inspection plate.Other than that fine

I have a 2014 streetglide ,<br /><br />There wasn’t enough primary oil , (you need 2quarts) actually to be specific you need 38 oz a quart is 32 had to go to Harley pay $20 for a quart

Watched a YouTube video and changed the three (3) hole fluids and filter myself. Easy and saved a few bucks by doing it myself.

It’s an oil change kit.

4 oz short on primary fluid.

The kit came fast and well packaged. I was surprised that the tranny and primary oils are not synthetic as I ordered syn and nowhere does it mention you will get mineral oil for them and not syn??? I like that is has a quality filter and O rings but would be nice to have a primary gasket included and would pay more to have included.

its a good kit at a good price but my primary holds 38 ounces when changing the oil so I had to order another quart of primary oil to get the extra 6 ounces I needed

Not Enough Primary Fluid

My only concern is that the kit doesn’t contain the proper amount of fluid for the primary. The primary takes 38 oz and the kit only contained 1 quart, which is 32 oz.

Short a few things.

You don’t include the needed gaskets and o rings also you don’t have enough primary oil in these kits.

ALMOST "complete" kit for Twin Cam touring bikes.

I am familiar with Maxima's products, from using them in dirtbikes. Great fluids. <br /><br />I ordered this kit for my Harley, which says "complete" kit. When you click on "features" it does list the quantities included, but in the actual immediate description there is no mention of it not being enough fluid, nor that it's not all synthetic. This kit uses mineral based fluids for primary and transmission. <br /><br />I'll try it out for this service and see how the fluids look at next interval. The last transmission fluid of a different brand looked new even at 5,000 miles. I'll have to compare.<br /><br />Since you need 2 quarts for the Twin Cam primary, this kit doesn't come with the correct amount of primary fluid, and I had to go to another site to order just 1 quart and got free shipping.<br /><br />It does not include a derby cover gasket either. <br /><br />So you still have to go to and spend money at Harley either way you go.

Oil Change kit o-rings are not quality

The lubricants and filter that come with this kit are pretty good, no complaints. The o-rings that come with this kit are trash. Within less that 200 miles after changing out the primary case oil, the drain plug is leaking causing me to have to replace the oil/o-ring again. Process included removing/cleaning plug and sealing surfaces, lubricating new o-ring when installing on plug, and torquing to proper spec.

Sucks. The picture shows gaskets needed for oil change but they were not included in what i was sent. I had to order them separately which cost me extra money.

Simple 3 hole oil change

I'd like to say it made a huge difference In power and reliability but it's just oil. Can't expect miracles. Shipped fast though and my bike runs fine with it. Doing all three holes does give peace of mind that the bike will stay running good and reliable.

First time using the kit. The only thing I didn't like was the fact that it was advertised as a synthetic kit and the tranny and primary were mineral. Don't get me wrong I like mineral too just would have been nice to have an accurate description.

Switched from Harley Davidson oil to Maxima in my 2016 Road Glide Ultra, ran quieter and shifted noticeably easier. Seemed to run cooler as well. I will definitely continue to use Maxima oil.

Kit is great for price point and almost everything you need (excluding the derby cover gasket).

Its synthetic 20-50......so yeah, the kit makes it a one click buy.

Good quality product at a reasonable price the replacement o-rings are not very durable so make sure you are ready to install once probably will not last multiple plug installations also would be better if came with derby cover gasket as well

Rated 5* for product convenience. (first time using Maxima brand) O-rings seem to be of high quality. The filter is the beefiest I have ever used. Thick-wall construction and looking inside seems to have a high number of filter pleats. The filter also comes packaged with a plastic film protecting the gasket.

Derby cover gasket on my FXDSE2 was a O-ring.<br />Chrome oil filter had less manufactured holes internally as compared to stock HD filter then I read my owners manual and it said my "twin cam 110 equipped bike requires the premium oil filter HD part no.<br />63798-99A. <br />So at that point I ran down to my local HD dealer and bought 6 quarts total SNY3 full synthetic motorcycle lubricant.<br />4 quarts for engine<br />1 quart for transmission <br />1 quart for chaincase<br />1 premium oil filter<br />1 derby cover O-ring<br />3 drain plug O-rings<br />I'm hopeful my last order on Feb 29 of fork leg rebuild kit fits my bike specifications.<br />Keeping my fingers crossed.

Nice kit but 2014 and newer big twins require 38oz of primary oil. Consider increasing size of primary oil. All o rings included. Would but again.

I ordered this because the kit with a chrome filter was out of stock.<br />It is fine. Quality lube or a do it yourself oil change. I will get a chrome filter next time.

Kit was fantastic, only complaint was that the Primary oil comes in a quart. According to the manual for my Ultra it requires 38oz and a quart is only 32oz. I had to get additional primary fluid to complete the service. Now that I know would still buy the kit. Every other fluid provided was spot on.

Perfect the second one I got one on my Dyna Low Rider and one on my Road King

Almost a complete kit. Needed to buy 3 oil plug o rings and primary gasket, and 6 oz more of primary oil for a complete 3 hole oil change. But overall I was very satisfied.

These fluids are the right stuff for my 2016 FLSTC. Her gears haven't shifted so smoothly since the bike was brand new and she runs much smoother than she did with Syn 3 from HD,
