This seat is not my first Mustang seat, so I had high expecations of product quality and workmanship. The seat is great and I had only one problem so far. One of the buttons popped off within 100 miles of travel. I was surprised by this since usually Mustang quality is legendary. We were in the middle of a 2415 mile trip, so when I returned I contacted Fred at J&P Customer Service who referred me to Mustang. They are shipping a button repair kit as I write. They do truly try and make things right.
