Middle of the road comfort
Installed on a 2019 iron 1200 with OEM standard forward controls. I'm 5' 11" tall. I give the seat 3 stars for comfort, it's middle of the scale as far as comfort. The seat moved me forward so if your 5' 11" or taller I would not recommend. It has a low profile so easy to flat foot at idle. The seat might be better suited for shorter riders. 5 stars for style, the seat looks great on bike. Gives it a real bar hopped look. 5 stars for quality.
Great seat
More comfortable and better for longer distance riding on sporty. I was going to get my stock seat reupholstered but the cost was going to be as much as buying this one. Sits a little lower than stock. The rise in the back keeps you from sliding backwards. Overall very satisfied and highly recommend

Seat came faster then it would from mustang themselfs. Quick instal came with new nut for fender so it saved me time not having to swap it. Video about install helpful. I have yet to ride with it but some much better then factory seat just sitting on it 10/10

Extremely comfortable on short and long drives!!! My search for the perfect sportster seat is over. I love that the backrest is adjustable and removable if need to. But comfort came with a price, it’s a bit expensive!
Very comfortable seat. Brings you a bit lower to ground then the stock but that’s a good thing for me. Keeps your bum secure from sliding back. Does expose the tank spine a bit so there will be a gap between the seat and the tank. I love this seat and highly recommended it.

2017 883<br />Keeps me in place for sure but has little to no cushion, it feels like a bucket seat in the way it keeps you in place compare with the stock seat that let's you slide side to side and back making it dangerous<br />This seat is more or less for track bikes but also looks nice

For anybody that’s riding a Harley 48 this seat is amazing and looks really nice . Love this seat and I’m very impressed with the quality . Definitely worth the money .
The mustang black wide solo tripper seat is a solid buy. With the stock seat that came with my sportster I could only ride for 30-50 miles before I started to feel pain (I was injured in the army and have lower back pain and nerve damage). Pros of the mustang seat are that the first day I rode with it on my hog I was able to go almost 100 miles and barely could even tell that I was riding. It’s comfortable, it’s stylish and it just is a great seat all around. The seat is more narrow than the stock seat and I think that has something to do with it as well as the small portion that has a little lower back support. <br /><br />The only con I see is that it looks awkward because it does not go flush against the fuel tank. <br /><br />All in all I would definitely purchase this seat again.
The only reason this isn’t getting 4 stars is simply because the actual color of the seat is darker than the website shows .. it’s more of a hot chocolate or dark coco color . As far as comfort and style /look , awesome . I do regret not getting the solo seat with the backrest ... you can always take it out if you don’t like it , I recommend getting the backrest add on .. more money but the comfort will be worth it .
looks great fits well but as I am a bit long in the legs .I find the back rubs on my spine needs more padding or small adjustment in the design

Fit perfectly on my 2014 Sportster Seventy-Two. Much better look and feel than the stock seat. The only possible drawback is that the front of the seat doesn't extend as far forward as the stock seat, so there's a very small gap between the seat and the painted piece that the tongue of the seat slides under. The seat is still very secure, this is just a cosmetic thing.
Bought this item to get that finishing look. Looks great. I am extremely happy with it.
Happy with this solo seat. Although it has a lower profile look it really did not change my position on the bike very much. I find it to be comfortable and a nice shade of brown. I got exactly what I was looking for.

So far really happy with the seat, more comfortable than the stock and better fitting to the rider, me, didn't have to move anything other than the plug and bolt on my 13' xl1200c. I would recommend it.

Not the most convenient in economic therms, but fast shipping and good quality product, so it’s worth it.
Very comfortable seat. Fitment was perfect on my '05 Roadster. Comfortable on long rides too, I can go gas stop to gas stop with no discomfort, which is about 140 miles nonstop with a few minute break then back on again. Only complaint is, if you're riding and you gotta drop a deuce, this seat is almost painful, so blow up the bathroom before settling out!
Nice low seat with good support and grippy surface. Might be a little too low for middles and higher rider (I'm 6'2"). Unfortunatelly, it takes water like a sponge and is very hard to dry.

Bought this seat to get me closer to the ground and for the brown colour styling. Very happy with the comfort, lowered stance and style. My biggest complaint is mustang doesnt sell matching coloured saddle bags.

Didn't think it was going to look good on my 014 48 Sportster but I was wrong looks great my old Lady love how comfortable it is and how wide it is. Just wish I bought the sissy bar at The same time. Easy to put just make sure you have all the nust and bolt was missing a peace but I have so many tools parts I was able put it on
The seat looks amazing and was a huge comfort upgrade compared to the stock 2 up seat on my Sportster 1200C.
Great seat, not sure it's best for people who are 6ft or taller and it could use the seams sealed ,otherwise it's pretty nice.

Got this seat for my 2013 Sportster Low and it gives it a nice custom look. It sits a little wider than the stock seat but I think it has better support. Very happy with this seat.
