Great aftermarket replacement
I have a 2009 Softail Deluxe and I really liked the look of the factory seat but not it's lack of comfort. This is really the only seat on the market designed specifically for the Deluxe that allows you to retain the the chrome grab bar and the rear luggage rack. It looks very much like the stock seat but is much more comfortable. The stock seat is sloped in the back of the saddle and I always felt like I was sliding into the gas tank. This seat is much flatter and has a good positive stop at the back. I also bought the wide vintage pillion seat that goes with this. A few days after we got the seat my wife and I put a little over 300 miles on the bike. We were tired at the end of the day but remained comfortable. I would have never pt that many miles on with the stock seat. If you like the look of your Deluxe but want more comfort this is a very good option

Great Seat
The seat is much more comfortable and nicer than the stock solo, I read the comments about changing riding position but I dont notice much of a difference, Im 511 195lbs on a. 2013 softail deluxe.
