fairing adapter kit
First of all, the installation of the hardware itself was easy. The difficulty came when installing the fairing on the bike. The upper adapters did not fit like I would have assumed they should. I used the original OEM windshield adapter for the top mounting bracket and this worked better, so only used two items from this expensive kit. This is very disappointing. For the price of this fairing, the fit should be perfect, and it was not. My bike is older, so I might reason that the tolerances of the spacing of the mounting points are not perfect, but still was advertised as fitting my model year of bike.
