Best thing I ever did

I had these put on my 2016 RG by Ohlin out in Sturgis 2018 at the Rapid City Harley Davidson Dealership. They asked alot of questions regarding riding style, how much two up riding as opposed to solo, rider weight, and combined rider weight, etc.. They set these shocks up specifically for my riding style. They were very detailed in showing me how to adjust rebound, height, etc. They wanted to make sure I knew how, when, and what situations I would make these adjustments before I left. Last set of shocks I'll ever have to buy. Fully rebuildable for $200...if needed after 25k miles send then in...3 day turn around. Last shock I'll ever have to buy! Love em!

Mind is blown.

Unbelievable comfort, handling and performance. From someone with a super bad back. I can’t believe I was stupid enough to suffer with stock suspension for so long. I should have bought these years ago. Worth every penny and then some. The best suspension I have experienced on any motorcycle or vehicle period bar none. Bumps that once made your fillings fall out are now a distant memory . Buy them. Very impressive. Wow. Like holy crap.just get them. What are you waiting for?

Consumable Item

I purchased these in 2017 and my wife and I both noticed an incredible improvement over stock. we were super happy with them until about a month ago. We had them dialed in with riding two up and never changed it but now they are super bouncy and it makes for a really unpleasant ride.

It's most likely the seals which Ohlins only has a 1 year warranty on and a local shock quoted me $250 each to rebuild them...

great ride, just plan on replacing them or refurbishing them every few years

Should have done this first

Have about 5000 miles on them currently and I'm loving the ride. Made very minor adjustment for sag, and the wife is super happy as well, when she jumps on, it 3 clicks and ready to roll. Fully loaded and 2 up it 5 clicks. And smooth as butter. Just need to do the fronts now. I have 2015 roadglide special. 6'2" 260lbs

Still better than stock, but still now wow factor

Very nice looking and well constructed shocks. Nice features and fit and finish. However, they're not worth the price tag. While they are better than stock, I didn't get that wow factor when I 1st hit the road. I did follow the setup guidelines for my weight. For $700 yes, but not over $1000.
