Falls apart
Fits great, looks great, works great, falls apart. On the first one the lighted bar in the center fell off and dropped to the bottom of the enclosure within a couple of rides. JPC stood by the product and sent me a replacement. This one lasted several years, and then guess what, the lighted bar in the center fell off and dropped to the bottom off the enclosure. Gonna try a different brand now.
Pathfinder LED
I love it! Is the only LCD out there that has the old school look in it. I didn't want to change my original bulb until I found this one. It looks classic. Especially if you have a chromed up front and.
Not a good fit for '88 Sportster, but made it work. Item was clearly used, not new.
The headlight that I received was clearly used. Stickers had been peeled back, the lense was dirty, and there were scratch marks all over from someone trying to install it previously. It was not advertised to be used and I expected a new headlight. It also does not quite fit the headlight housing properly for my 1988 XLH1200 Sportster. The website listed it as an exact fit, but I had to rewire a few things and do some serious rearranging to get the gasket over it. I made it work, but it's not seated as far back as it should be.

Product does not fit stock 2009 Cross Bones. The rear of the housing does not take into account the bolts that hold the light mechanism in place.
Real bright light, for the cash spent.

Decent Function and Performance
Installed on a 2019 Indian Scout Bobber - the instructions are universal, so you should have a basic idea of how your particular model's headlight is set up beforehand (does it have an H4 plug, is it the right diameter light, etc). On my bike it was fairly simple, and install took about 15-20 minutes, not counting some time I took to clean some stuff hidden by my nacelle.<br /><br />The dot that lines up the bottom of the headlight wasn't the best, looked more like a small scratch in the finish, but it was functional. That's sort of the vibe of this light in general; it's not the best-looking or the fanciest headlight you could put in, but it does a great job for this price point and is better than most stock headlights.
Good part a little to big for the regular early FXR headlight bucket. but it did go in with some creative adjusting on the wiring.
My stock bulb was terrible but to venture into Harley's Daymaker was not cost effective. This bulb has made all the difference. The only issue was getting the bulb so the horizontal light bar in the middle was level. Too bad there wasn't a detente or something that would allow perfect mounting from the get go. If this bulb lasts, I recommend it 100%

I liked the look of this headlight first of all. Super easy to install. My first evening ride I was amazed at the difference over the stock headlight. Visibility easily doubled! I would highly recommend this light. High quality at a reasonable price! Good Luck and keep Riding.

This is very stylish and bright headlight but it seems to move round and turn in housing so it's not level anymore and I'm constantly fixing it. May need to get some putty.
Love this! took about 10-15 min. Just ratchet off assembly, unplug and take out old headlight, replace with new, plug back in. Ratchet back together. Looks super cool. And can see so much better. Good buy
Nice product! Easy to mount and is very bright. I especially like the DRL light bar in the middle of the assembly.
Sure a damn sight brighter than the H4 bulb. A needed item if you're running a 5 3/4 headlight.
Quality headlight, by far way better than the old one I replaced this with. Install was an issue due to the internal mount of the light can. Had to do some modifications in order make it fit but am very pleased how it all turned out.
Does not fit 2005 FXSTI without moving mount plate from inside bucket to outside the bucket. Bracket hits back of light assembly.

Fit perfectly in my 2007 Sportster. Nice and bright. No issues so far, though I've only had it for a few weeks.
Very bright and a light-year advance over my stock headlight. Love the fact that the lowbeam stays on when high beam is used. The drawback is that it's slightly too big for the headlight bucket and required some grinding of the case to make it fit properly. I'm sure this voids the warranty

Headlight does not fit my bike a 2009 Harley Davidson Softail Nighttrain FXSTB. Not even close, even though this part number is supposed to fit my motorcycle. The unit is too wide and will not seat all the way in to my headlight housing and allowing me to put the retaining ring around it to secure it in the housing

Plug and play and bright as all get out
Had a little difficulty stuffing the LED light into my Sportster's headlight shell. After a little wrestling and repositioning wire harnesses, I finally got it installed. There is a huge difference in lighting output and am glad it worked out. Good upgrade for the money!

My 2004 Sportster stock headlight had 12 volts of dim candlepower showing the way at night. Now I'm using the Pathfinder LED headlight and don't feel like I'm "over driving the light" - lumens rule!
I am impressed with this light. I tried a led replacement bulb at first which was an improvement over stock but not enough. Bang for the buck this is a good light.
Was really easy to install, looks good, haven't ridden at night with it yet can't give an opinion on how bright it is.
Will not fit bucket unless I cut 3/8 of an inch from mount. advertised by MFG direct fit. No fault of JP. Returning

I didn't realize how inadequate my headlight was until I rode with a guy using a pathfinder, Change over was smooth, aiming simple and night performance outstanding. I would have made the change sooner had I known about the Pathfinder product.

Headlight did not fit my black drag specialties 5 and 3/4 bucket and it did not fit my Harley 5 and 3/4 bucket and it also had a bit of a flicker

Changed all stock mounts and wiring to a bottom mount in a different housing with this light in a chopper kit . Worst part was pulling apart the factory Deutsch connectors to get them out of the stock headlight bucket. Took me about 6 hours and a Red Bull. Awesome light ,I can see at night now.

I replaced my standard incandescent headlamp on my 84 Harley because it just wasn't bright enough on the back roads to spot animals.<br /><br />After I installed this LED headlamp I can see 100 times better in front of me and on both sides of the road.<br /><br />I highly recommend thus headlamp

I'm a new rider, and even though I haven't ridden yet (weather related) I got this because I get off at 2 a.m. and even though I haven't used it yet it seems super bright when I installed it during the day and was super easy to install. It seems quality and nice, as for longevity not sure but I see no reason to have any issues. Can't wait to see how it actually works at night. And looks alot better than stock as well.
Installed easily in my 1982 Harley-Davidson FXE Superglide. Looks good, don't ride the old bike much anymore so haven't tried it at night on the road yet. I had to relocate the old turn signal flasher outside headlight housing. Found a smaller one online and hid it under headlight cover, zip tied to wiring harness.
I ride my motorcycle daily to work. When I leave at night the Led headlight really makes night riding a lot safer seeing deer, etc that might be up ahead. Wished I've bought this soon!
Love this head lamp. It lights up the shoulders and side ditches where the deer hide out, unlike the stock sealed beam.

Chose this light because I'm not a fan of the lights with all the projector lenses because of look! I installed it on new project and it seems really bright but bike isn't on the road yet so not sure how good it is in riding situations!

Nice and bright. Fit my 2008 Sportster XL Custom 1200. Little loose in the housing because the wider back prevented me from using the rubber on the stock head light.
I can see now. Easy plug and play .Now i can make it to arpinink and get a tattoo.

Been looking for a nice LED headlight for my 2001 Wide Glide for years but nothing looked good to me, this head light looks great almost factory looking. The light output is unreal compared to the factory halogen bulb it's like going from a flash light to an operating room bright! Great price, easy plug and play install that took 10 mins and you're ready to ride!
Go from a dim ride to light up the night with one of these. Puts the beam right where you want it and good wide plain.

Headlight is great, fits and really like the brightness of it, the always on feature looks cool as well. My bike already is wired to be on low in the daytime but the additional horizontal bar light helps cage drivers see me when Im coming up on them when they are turning left. Came quickly as well.
