Almost perfect
The quality and the machining of the mount is solid, however consider exactly where you intend to mount the device on the handlebars. A 'swivel' feature on the long stem that connects the phone to the actual handlebar clip would solve many problems. Cable, wires, fairings and pouches interfere with ideal locations, and if your handlebars lay back toward the rider visualizing the phone screen is a challenge. The extension would need to rotate or swivel to have an ideal mount in my case on my two Harleys.
