Missing parts...no mounting bracket and 2 bolts..
Vance and Hines said they'd send...no time frame...
In my opinion for a $1200 part...pretty crummy.
I wont use again
Vance & Hines has been building motorcycle exhaust since 1979 and has run factory-backed drag and King of the Baggers programs that feed straight back into its street products. Systems like the Torquer and the 2-into-1 designs are engineered around real dyno work, not just sound — which is why they show up on so many tuned Milwaukee-Eight and Twin Cam builds.
The Vance & Hines Big Radius full exhaust system elevates your Milwaukee-Eight with a significant boost in usable torque and an unmistakable exhaust note. Engineered for riders who demand both performance and a bold aesthetic, this system transforms your V-twin's character. It's built to perform and designed to turn heads.
When you're chasing more grunt from your Milwaukee-Eight, the Vance & Hines Big Radius full exhaust system delivers. Featuring PCX™ Technology with chambered high-flow catalyst cartridges, this system is tuned to increase torque across the powerband, making your Harley feel more responsive and powerful. The deep, throaty tone announces your presence, while the precision construction ensures a perfect fit and lasting durability.
This Big Radius system is more than just an exhaust upgrade; it's a statement. The sweeping radius design adds a distinctive custom-bike aesthetic that complements the lines of your Harley Touring or Softail. Built as a complete system, it's engineered to work in harmony with your V-twin, optimizing exhaust flow and enhancing overall rideability. Consider pairing it with a fuel management system to fully unlock its performance benefits.
Will this Big Radius system fit my 2016 or older Harley?
No, this Vance & Hines Big Radius system is specifically designed for 2017-2022 Harley-Davidson Milwaukee-Eight models. Older bikes use different header and mount geometry, so it will not fit.
Is this exhaust legal in all 50 states?
This Vance & Hines Big Radius system is 49-state emissions compliant. Buyers in California should verify local emissions regulations before purchasing.
Do I need a fuel tuner with this full exhaust system?
Installing a full exhaust system often changes the engine's air-fuel ratio. A fuel-air module or tuner is recommended to optimize performance, prevent lean conditions, and ensure your engine runs efficiently.

Installing these pipes for me was fun to do and a learning experience. I have never installed full exhaust systems on a motorcycle. I learned and I enjoyed doing it
I’m loving the sound of this exhaust I to baffles and cat out right away it was so easy and sounds amazing
Love them. They look great and the sound is perfect not to loud and not quite at all
These pipes if your bike is making any power at all are no good the baffles basically collapsed in on themselves trashed my plugs fouled them out cost me money to get a new exhaust system and time in diagnosing and replacing all spark plugs
These pipes have come a long way since the legacy version I had on my Springer. Not obnoxious, but meaningful. I was after sound more than performance and got what I wanted.
