V&H 2-1 super sport
Great looking and performing pipe!
Vance & Hines has been building motorcycle exhaust since 1979 and has run factory-backed drag and King of the Baggers programs that feed straight back into its street products. Systems like the Torquer and the 2-into-1 designs are engineered around real dyno work, not just sound — which is why they show up on so many tuned Milwaukee-Eight and Twin Cam builds.
The Vance & Hines Supersport 2-into-1 Exhaust System is engineered for performance-minded riders looking to maximize low-to-mid-range torque on their 2017-2023 Harley-Davidson Touring model. This stainless steel system features PCX™ chambered technology and a high-flow catalyst for race-proven power and an aggressive sound.
A 2-into-1 exhaust system is a cornerstone of performance for many V-twin riders, and the Supersport delivers on that promise. Its design, optimized with PCX™ (Power Chamber Exhaust) technology, ensures efficient exhaust scavenging, directly translating to more usable torque where you need it most – pulling away from a light or rolling on the throttle to pass. The hand TIG-welded 304 stainless steel construction not only promises durability but also adds a raw, performance-oriented aesthetic that complements any aggressive bagger build.
Upgrading to a full 2-into-1 system like the Vance & Hines Supersport is a significant step towards unlocking the full performance potential of your 2017-2023 Harley Touring. This system is designed for riders who demand more than just sound; they want measurable gains in torque and horsepower. To fully capitalize on the benefits of this exhaust, we highly recommend pairing it with a high-flow air intake and a precise dyno tune to optimize your engine's fuel delivery and ignition timing.
Will this Supersport 2-into-1 exhaust fit my 2016 or older Touring model?
No, this Vance & Hines Supersport 2-into-1 exhaust system is specifically engineered for 2017-2023 Harley-Davidson Touring models. Earlier model years require a different part number for proper fitment.
Do I need to retune my bike after installing this exhaust system?
Yes, installing a full 2-into-1 exhaust system significantly alters exhaust flow and pressure. A fuel management tuner or ECM flash is essential to optimize your air-fuel ratio, maximize performance gains, and ensure your engine runs efficiently and safely.
What finishes are available for this exhaust?
The Vance & Hines Supersport 2-into-1 exhaust system is available in two finishes: a raw, brushed Works stainless steel finish or a sleek matte black finish, allowing you to choose the look that best suits your performance bagger.

Great looking and performing pipe!
Bought online, Ordered in the afternoon, received notice before midnight that order had been picked up by the carrier. It arrived a day early, shipped 1,500 miles and on my porch on the 3rd day at 8 pm!!
My bike had intake, slip on mufflers and a PV tune... When I added this V&H Pipe I noticed better throttle response, crisp throttle and better midrange acceleration.
Installation took about 3 hours, I took my time and cleaned things as I went. The tone is just right, mellow at idle and cruising RPM, but they really bark when you get on it hard!
The rear mounting bracket is about an 1/8" thicker than the stock muffler bracket, so you may need to modify the stock rubber bushing. I used a dremel to widen the slot, but you may be able to just hog it in there.
As always use new gaskets and circlips to prevent leaks. Otherwise, everything you need is in the box. V&H doesn't include paper instructions, but they do include a QR code that links to their site.
