This is the standard non-heated version. Avon also offers a heated model with 4 heat settings controlled by LED-indicated switch if you prefer warmth.

Will these fit my 1-inch bars?

Yes — these are designed for 1-inch diameter handlebars. They will not fit 7/8-inch or 1.25-inch bars.
