Cardo Packtalk Edge Do not work Correctly

The Cardo Duo pack that I received had to be warrantied out as it would not let me share music. I spoke with Cardo and sent them videos ect. and they verified that the software on those units was not right. I sent those units back to them and instead of sending me another Duo pack they sent me 2 single units and set them all up and tried to share the music and It still would not share music but the mic would work. Cardo has once again been contacted with no response. I am very familiar with Cardo as this is not my first set, but they are having issues and are not wanting to to stand behind their products. I have some friends that are having the same problems and Cardo does not want to stand up and make it right. I have all the case numbers documented with Cardo and at this point I'm done messing with these units and want to try a different brand unit.<br />Thanks Jason Youell

I purchased these for a family of 4 to ride sxs. The idea is great but having terrible difficulty getting them to all sync together so we can talk to each other. Takes multiple tries to get the 3rd and fourth to connect to the first 2. Would give 5 stars if the worked right on the first try.
