Will this fit my 2017+ Touring with the Milwaukee-Eight engine?
No — this intake is specific to 2008-2016 Touring models. Milwaukee-Eight (M8) bikes require a different POWRFLO intake.
Does this require a fuel tuner or ECM flash?
Check with Cobra or your Harley dealer. Air intake changes may benefit from a tune-up, but some riders run it without remapping.

Works on 2018 114ci with some changes
You need the breather hoses from a 107ci or have to do some modding to your factory hoses. Other then that fit and finish is excellent.
