Looks great but poor quality
Looks and sounds awesome. But during installation the welded nut broke off and got stuck on the bolt. I had to dremel the bolt head off to take it off. If you pay this much money for a chrome plated hollow tube you should not have to lay below your bike for 2 hours dremeling bolt head off. I expected better from American built product. Maybe should have stuck with Vance and Hines.

Really dig the look and sound of these slip ons, looks great on my 48. Installation only took about an hour with no special tools needed.

Holy hell these are nice slip ons!
Put these on my '04 XL883 that I have a 1250 kit on it. Bike runs really well with these slip ons and the BCM aftermarket air cleaner I have. The sound is deep, with very little high end frequencies at idle. Idling isn't loud at all, maybe a bit more than stock but not offensive. When you get on the throttle these open up with a good roar; letting the cagers know you're there.<br /><br />I couldn't be happier with these, would definitely recommend them to other Sportster riders!
