Cometic Intake/Exhaust Gasket - 1/PK Oe#27002-89 — Harley-Davidson Road King, Electra Glide Ultra Classic, Softail Heritage Classic (1999-2017)

It works as advertised. The only issue with this one is there is no top ring, so you have to be careful when its placed in the exhaust, you have to keep it from sliding into the exhaust.

Excellent quality and easy install

I have never removed mufflers from a motorcycle before. So as I planned the install of new slip-ons, I kept reading that I should replace the gaskets. I really wasn't sure where I would be installing a muffler gasket, because I was looking for a gasket like you place on a car when you replace/repair the exhaust system. I actually had to get someone to show me the exploded view of the exhaust system of my bike and show me the gaskets and how they fit with the slip-ons, before I had an understanding. I'm glad I purchased these gaskets. The old gaskets started breaking into pieces as I tried to remove them. I finally gave up with their removal and slipped the new gaskets on the exhaust pipe, slid the new slip-ons right on and tightened the clamp and the bolts. Installation was complete and I think the gaskets made the install quick and easy. They appear to be great quality and I recommend them! Only time will tell how they hold up.

They come as a pair and worked perfectly for putting on my Cobra Neighbor Hater mufflers on my 2019 Deluxe M8 107.

Unfortunately not much to tell. It looks exactly like the picture, and it's and exhaust gasket. If it doesn't leak when you get it together, it's a success. The buying and shipping experience was great, so I have that much to offer.

Just like stock. I assumed it was each, but it was for a pair. These are a little hard to find sometimes, now I have a spare set.

They call them gaskets but they look like insert pipes that go between the stock pipe and the slip on. While purchasing the slip one I was a bit confused about what they were for but while doing the install I realized they were needed to make a good fit . I purchased them after reading the reviews and now agree with those who recommended them. They are well worth the money!

Gaskets were needed for putting Rinehart slipons on my FXLRS. These were a perfect fit. Easily slid right in place.

I ordered these gaskets not knowing the slip on mufflers from S&S came with them. I was watching You Tube on slip on mufflers. People said you had to go to harley for the gaskets. This isn't true. So i have a extra set of gaskets no big deal.. You can't go wrong with a extra set of crush gaskets..

I ordered these and found that they were not needed for the 300 slip on pipes. I will keep them for future use

The item sent was not for a 2018 Harley Softail Sport Glide. Had to contact the Harley dealer for the correct two into one gasket.

They work. They don't have the stop that the stock gaskets have. Make sure they're positioned right before torqueing down.

These gaskets were a perfect fit. It was nice ordering my Rinehart slip-ons and being informed that these gaskets were needed and to turn out being exactly what I needed.

The site says you need these gaskets when using the Vance and Hines mufflers but you don’t need them. Direct fit.

Web site said they were required for the street rod 750R. They were NOT required.

These pipes have a loud and deep sound. Enough said.

Not required with slip on exhaust pipes. Be sure you need this item before ordering. When I purchased V&H exhaust pipes the web site suggested these gaskets were required. So I purchased them. I purchased slip on mufflers so the Gasket WAS NOT required. So I had to return them.

The gaskets were well made and arrived on time and in good condition. They are not needed with the 2018 breakout and the Vance & Hines twin slash pipes.. The representative was mistaken when he said we needed them. I have returned them.
