I have JW Speaker 8692 headlight and after installation of the new Soundstream Reserve radio the AM/FM signal along with XM radio was greatly reduced. After the installation of this filter the reception is back to where it was before and XM radio now working just great with not only better reception but volume which apparently was blocked also by the EMI from the headlights.
Received this today and installed, it did nothing to improve anything! <br />It will make an alternator that charges @ 14 volts while riding drop to 11 volts as soon as lights are activated, it makes lots of heat. Cannot wait to remove this piece of crap.

It did not correct my problem but I don’t know what my problem really is as I bought a new aquatic AV media player from JP cycle and after installation it works fine with the ignition on accessory but won’t receive any stations but one which is very local with ignition in the on position.I have LED headlights and the JP tech recommended I try this filter but it made no difference I also disconnected the headlight and still no difference. Aquatic AV has the worst customer support I have ever dealt with so I think I am out a lot of money.
