Frequently Asked Questions

What size chain does this fit?

530 size only. Check your bike's current chain or owner's manual to confirm you have a 530 before ordering.

Is this a permanent or removable master link?

Rivet-style master link is permanent — it's designed to be riveted closed and not removed without breaking.

Can I use this with a standard (non-sealed) 530 chain?

This is designed for x-ring sealed chains. Standard chains use clip-style master links instead.

Do I need special tools to install this?

Yes — you'll need a chain riveter tool to permanently install and secure the rivet master link.

Just a great standard chain

Great value. Installed easily. This isn’t a heavy duty chain So don’t expect it to last that long but if you need a new chain on a tight budget this is a good option.
