The parts are good and a fair price, especially with my gold membership, I like the customer service, but the last 2 orders I made, (one was online, the other was a verbal order, that was confirmed to me, and I repeated it back for confirmation) were totally wrong when I received them, so I had to return, reorder, and took longer for my job which costs me money. They should have offered me an extra discount for the inconvenience of warehouse people pulling the wrong stuff. Please get it together
