These gaskets are good quality. I think the stock motor co derby cover gasket is better than this one, but the inspection cover gasket in this kit is better than OEM. I didn't need the bolt o-rings. I suppose those are for a different year. <br />All in all I would say these are worth it if you need gaskets and can't get to a dealer, or don't like bleeding $ every time you walk through those doors.
