No leaks , fits perfect !
Bought for back up . Great guality, good price .
I have a 98 Road King. This James gasket is a flat, ridged, gasket where as the OEM gasket is an O ring that sits in a groove. Since there were no instructions stating otherwise, I removed the O ring and replaced it with the James gasket. After firing up the bike, the derby cover poured fluid worse than before. The only other way that I could see it working, was if I re-installed the O ring, put the James gasket over it, and then the derby cover. After I did that, I had no leaks. I will also add that my derby cover is dome shaped I'm pretty sure this gasket is for the flat derby covers. It is not specified that way however, so I rate it three stars.
