Had this on my bike for over 5 years and I noticed it had slipped down on one side. I pulled the hex bolts out put a little loctite on and screwed them in and snap. The bracket is made of pot metal and snapped. There goes $150.00.
Works as it should. Easy install really wish they made it in black though.
watch out for the allens striping out not verry good quality or not deep enough
Definitely stiffened up the forks. Feels better on the Freeway & on curves.
This brace made all of the difference in the world. If not in the stability then in my head. It seemed that I experienced a wobbly, less responsive handeling of my wideglide but after installing the brace, I now have all of the confidense that every turn will be smooth.
Good investment, instant results felt solid on highway where before had wobble. Real nice look to boot!
