I have found the ISO grips to be very comfortable and installed them on three bikes now. The heated grips have definitely improved the ride in cold weather. My only complaint is the wiring. With a little effort the company could have made them with internal wiring.

I like these grips
I like these grips. I had the standard version on my 2014 FatBoy and wanted them on my 2021 Street Glide Special but I wanted the heated version.

The most difficult part of the installation was removing the old clutch side grip. I did not run the power wire to the battery as I wanted the power cut off with the ignition switch, so I purchased the Harley Fairing Power Extension Harness (part number:69200921) and spliced the power wire into the extension in the fairing. No need to run the wire under the tank and the power cuts off with the bike.

I read on one of the forums that the throttle grip was loose and would slide left and right. When I installed mine I had the same issue but I quickly corrected it by moving the brake lever and controls about an eighth of an inch to the left. Be careful not to make it to tight so it does not snap back to idle.

I really like the led switch. It's easy to use and you can tell instantly what the setting is by the color of the led. On the Harley grips the switch is at the end of the grips, not visible to the rider.

My only complaint is the external wiring. However factory wiring on my Street Glide is external as well so not a big deal. It would be nice if they made a model for the Harley touring model that connected the same as the Harley grips.
Very loose.
