I’m sure the part is fine but ordered it in person, waited for it to arrive and it’s about 4inches too long.

Works well in my 97 Softail almost to long but I found there is a cable adjustment. What I like is after it is set. The choke locks when pulled and retracts all the way when pushed. So far so good. The oem was creaping in all the time do to age.

Works well with the Mikuni Hsr Carbs.

I bought this for my CV carb I modified with little work and it works great with the carb. It took a combo of old and new part at the enrichner end some measuring and cutting as the cable and housing are to long

I have a 2005 883C HD, there was not fitting to secure cable to the carburetor. Had to modify cable by using fitting from broken cable, which it took a while in order to make sure I had the correct pull distance for the choke. After modification, it worked well.

At first this was a great choke cable. Unfortunately, the little spring steel retainer clip (which keeps the choke engaged) broke... on two successive cables. Sadly, I cannot recommend this choke cable because the retainer clip is such a weakness. The way to get around it is to use a medium binder clip (like what is used to clip a 1/2" stack of paper) to hold the cable out until the engine warms up.

Got this as a rush item after I managed to break the one I had. <br />It fit and that's primarily what mattered most, eventually will change it to a chrome knob.<br />Bikes running now, so this got me past a shutdown.

Did not fit correctly with my 42 mm Mikuni carb on my 2001 sporster. Had to remove parts from my old cable to get to kind of fit, and the cable is too long. Also, the choke won't stay out, just springs back to "choke off" position.
