Great seat. Feels good while riding, looks fantastic. Easy to install. Fits exactly just like the description advertised. Highly recommend. Much better quality than the original Harley seat. No plastic. All metal under the leather and the cushion.

Bought this seat for my 96 Softail Custom. Looked great but the seat does sit you higher and forward. I ended up partially sitting on the tank and my forward controls felt more like mid. Wasn’t right for me, I’m tall (6’3”) and I like to feel spread out, this seat cramped me up a little.

Excellent seat

The seat is quite wide which makes it feel taller. It is very comfortable but felt hard for the first 200 miles of our trip. It seemed to "break in" and feels really good now. It looks good and is of very good quality.

Bolted right on and fit really well although I wish it had the two original brackets which had four anchor spots

Nice big seat for passengers on long trips or rough roads. Drivers is a bit wide in the front and is very tall, my 16”ape hangers are like regular tall stock bars lol. Not bad though

I just bought a 1995 fatboy with the original seat in January of this year. I wish I would of bought the seat before I bought my rear suspension! This seat is a dream to sit on. Awesome back support from the passenger seat being higher. It does place you a little forward and about an inch or so higher. It is not at all uncomfortable though. Superior support is all I can say. I am 5'11" about 235-250lbs. depending on what time of year it is. Lol. I've rode alot of bikes with several mustang seats, and I am convinced that when it comes to a 300+ mile day this all you want. Forget about the price. As far as I'm concerned, it's worth every penny!

First ride with it was 600 miles and my bottom never hurt! Success!!!!!

extremely comfortable. Wife is very happy as well. Passenger seat very comfortable as well. Even gives driver back support. Seat does sit little high though. But overall extremely satisfied.

Bought for my 1994 Harley softail. This is the most comfortable bike seat I've ever sat on. The back support is all I had hoped for. Like riding in an easy chair down the road. It does ride a little higher, and a bit more forward in the saddle than I was used to. It puts me almost uncomfortably closer to the foot controls and handlebars, but it is a touring seat, and when I'm on the highway I kick my feet up on the highway pegs anyway. Took a little getting used to, but in the end I am very pleased with the comfort, quality and back support. I would recommend it to anyone.

Seat works great. Went on a 6 hour charity ride the other day after install, and didn't have any discomfort at all. With my old seat, I was good for about an hour before I had to adjust or take a break.

I love this seat! After 22 years of riding the HD seat this is a huge step up. I did this years ago on a sportster and had the same results. It is wider for passenger and rider and causes problems floor board relocation issues. Now I have to find relocation hardware for that job.

Great new seat. Now I have to raise the passenger foot boards to account for increased seat height and width.

Good seat, little tall in the back for my wife. But way more comfortable that the stock seat.

Almost anything would have been an improvement over our old 1994 Softtail seat....I read someone comparing them to a rock-yea good comparison! We purchased this seat so we would see our 28th wedding anniversary, told Hubby no more rides until my butt was happy, now the butt is happy! Just might have saved our marriage! Went on a 188 mile ride and it is Heaven...I won't need to stay home!

first things first! Those of you who keep on saying the seat sits higher you are wrong. It is wider so your legs are stretched out a little farther. It is a touring seat, and thats what a touring seat does. It gives you more butt space. The seat is awesome,looking and comfortable and I had it on in 5 minutes. It is EXACTLY what I wanted and expected and would recommend this seat to anyone who puts miles on there bike, not sit in the garage looking pretty.

Out in South Dakota road out riden here and riden home. Butt so far is feeling great. Probably the best seat I've ever been on. I've road over 1500 miles so far in 5days. First day500 next day 500. We will have to see how the return trip goes so far so good.

this seat got rid of the "monkey" on long rides, worth every penny.

Seat was very nice, very comfortable. I would recomend to anybody. I thought it looked a little funny at first ,but then I realized that once I get my granny bar and pad it would look just fine.

Super quality:weights almost 3 times the original seat,and has a very supple finish.Super confort:seems to drive with new rear shocks absorbers.The body weight is better distributed and I had less tail bone pressure.Great for the long distances.Little drawback:being wider and thicker than the original seat,is less easy to reach the floor.Fits perfectly on my 1995 FXSTS,equipped with floorboards and 16" front tire.
