I really wanted to like this seat but I don't. The build quality is good. I bought this for the installed backrest, which is awful! When you lean back against it, it flexes and does not give any support. I am keeping this seat only so I can use my bike while I send the stock seat to Russell Day Long for a build. Might be worth it if it were half the cost.
Very pleased with the back rest. I sit lower and it improved the ride experience over the stock seat. Firm and comfortable. It looks very good and it's very well made.
Looks great but not good for long distance
I got this seat for a 2019 Softail Deluxe. It has a perfect fit and finish. It sits me slightly further back and slightly lower but not drastically different than stock. I feel like I am more down in the bike instead of on top of it. I recieved this seat in 2 days and I ordered standard shipping !

Very comfortable seat my only complaint about the backrest is that the adjustable bolt to position the backrest was too short
