Do I need to remove anything from my bike?
The stock rear mounting bracket must be removed from your factory seat and bolted to the Mustang seat. If your bracket is missing, order Mustang #78037 or H-D #52467-00.
How much lower is this than stock?
The Tripper 12" solo lowers the rider while keeping control and footpeg reach similar to the original seat height.

I have FLHTP with the original police seat. The basket weave on this seat looks good and the fit is nice. My wife says the seat is a little stiff, but it has not broken in yet, so we shall see. Now I need a backrest!

fits up great - remember to get the seat bolts/mount points for the front and the well nut and screw for the rear! Takes just a min to set up and wife loves it. Matches stock police seat almost exactly - super comfortable!<br />Will be getting Mustang version of the police seat next!
