The backrest is great!
A huge improvement over the stock seat in appearance and comfort. This seat is much lower than stock giving my wife a more secure feeling. It’s a bit firm but we are hoping is will soften up a bit.

Great fit and finish! A little stiff but haven’t had much time to put some miles on it yet. Does sit a little taller than factory.
Best decision I’ve made! 2 weekends in a row we rode for over 150 miles each trip. After about 40 miles in my rear was so sore. At times I wasn’t sure when it hurt must getting on the bike or off the bike. After replacing the seat with the mustang seat our next trip was over 250 miles and I felt I was able to go all day with out a sore rear. I highly recommend!!!

Seat matches the rest of the bike. SO says it’s much more comfortable than the original equipment seat. Perfect fit. Wider pad for the long rides.

The seat was smaller than the original stock seat, that was a little surprising but understandable for the price since the stick seat from Harley Davidson is twice the price. The seat still looks okay is comfortable. Shipping time was good.

Much more comfortable than the original seat. Night and day difference. Had to bend the tongue slightly to get seat far enough in to bolt down on my FLSTC, but the instructions said that may be needed and it then installed perfectly. Very happy with purchase.

Expensive ! Nice and wide harder then old factory seat hold you up about 2 or 3 inches taller on the bike looks great only bought it because I had to to get the passenger matching seat

Looks good, however it wasn't as comfortable as I would have liked.
I'm impressed. Even on the 3rd day of 350 miles or more, this seat was still kissing' my backside. I never needed my Air Hawk cushion.

Installed on 07 FLSTC. I'm 6'2". Received about a week after ordering. I have only been able to do a short 40 mile ride because of late winter/early spring weather change in Great Lakes region. Feels better than factory seat it replaces. No surprises with installation. Better back support with Mustang Wide Studded Pillion seat than old factory seat.

Incredible difference! I found you sit slightly more forward and slightly higher, at 5'10 I'm not reaching as far forward to grap the controls, That along with the backrest really makes for a comfortable ride. Very high quality construction, highly recommend this seat
Installed this on a '08 FLSTC. Took it out for a two hour ride. Didn't notice the seat. Which is the way it should be. The stock saddle was hideously uncomfortable. Noticed THAT seat after about 10 minutes riding time. I paired this with the studded bid, part number ZZ71636. Comfortable and looks sharp. Can't ask for more!
Finally, I found a very comfortable seat. This truely is a seat I can ride all day on. Very comfortable and supportive.

Looks great, installed it with my stock seat even though they say you can't, you can just see the bolts a little. Took a short ride and wife said seemed more comfy but has been too cold to truly test it.

Major Upgrade to my Bike!!
I have installed this seat on the last two bikes that I have owned. It sits a little higher and pushes you a little bit forward than the stock seat. The contoured back holds you in place really well.<br /><br />It looks better and gets more comfortable as you break it in. It's a great seat.
Much thicker and wider than the stock seat and much more comfortable for the rider.

Seat is perfect fit and looks great. I see they redesigned the front where the previous seam came apart. I expect to get even more miles on this seat. last seat was good for 70k miles. Same seat dealer wants almost 500$
My wife absolutely loves the Mustang Vintage Solo Seat. We recently vacationed in the Smoky Mountains riding just under 1,000 miles in 5 days and not one soreness complaint. I have a Mustang seat on my bike and we have a Mustang seat on a third bike we have. Mustang all the way.

Wow! If i'd have only known three years ago I could enjoy riding this much, I would have had one sooner. I could ride all day without resting if my fuel tank would allow it. Take it from someone who suffers from major lower back pain, this seed is the ticket.
Material is very nice.
I bought this seat just prior to a ride around Lake Superior in August. Put 2,100 miles in the saddle and not one complaint. Ride would have been miserable had I not had this saddle. I thought it would be a little softer but maybe with a little more time in it, it will loosen up a bit. Overall, I like it.
I couldn't believe this would be worth the money. Said I'd never do it. But I did; It's as good as advertised. You won't be sorry.
