What's the difference between static and dynamic modes?

Static mode keeps running lights on and brightens them during turn signals. Dynamic mode shuts off running lights, then flashes LEDs from off to bright in sequence.

Will this work with my LED turn signal housings?

Yes — this module is designed to work with LED turn signal assemblies (3 LEDs per side). It will not work with incandescent bulbs.

Why do I need a load equalizer?

LEDs draw very little current. Without a load equalizer, the turn signal circuit hyper-flashes (blinks too fast). This module solves that problem.
