Easy to order, good tech help with phone call. Good quality muffler. No problems with fit and finish. I put these on a twin cam 110 with out cats in the head pipes, they will require retuning, which I expected. They have an impressive bark but unfortunately they are too loud. They are advertised as quiet when cruising and loud when hammering the bike. On my bike these are at 96 decibels at idol and at 2500 rpm. The enclosed db killers do not change the volume just the pitch. Great pipes if loud is the objective.

I think they sound great. Put them on my 13 CVO Road Glide that's had the head pipe gutted. It's louder than I expected. Very deep pitch. Great option if all you need is slip ons.
