Sawicki 2-into-1 Cannon Exhaust - Big Inch Black - Harley & Indian V-Twin

The Sawicki 2-into-1 Cannon Exhaust in Big Inch Black is a V-twin exhaust system built around stepped headers that transition from 1-3/4" to 2" primaries. The stepped design is meant to help exhaust gas velocity and flow, which is what riders are after when they want a noticeable gain in power along with a deeper exhaust note.

The system is made from mandrel-bent stainless steel tubing, a construction that keeps bends consistent and helps the system hold up over time. A hand-formed merge collector is included to aid exhaust scavenging, and the whole assembly is hand TIG-welded in Charlotte, NC, so riders get a clean, carefully finished build.

The swept-up muffler design lifts the rear of the system to provide ground clearance, and the fully welded stainless steel end cap with a Sawicki badge adds a custom look. For a leak-free seal at installation, the product notes recommend flat mesh race-style exhaust gaskets, which are sold separately.
